The goal, clearly, is making your website more responsive. That’s why you should be careful about the amount or type of images you have. The disadvantage of having many images on your website is that your website may be slow when downloading images. That’s unsatisfying for a lot of consumers, especially when many of them are on the go. The last thing you want is a drop off as a result of downtime.
Navigation
In general, your website should be more fluid on mobile. This means all your buttons and links should be apart from each other in a way that make sense. In other words, you don’t want people to click on a button and accidently hit another one because your buttons and links are too close together. This can lead into a lot of frustration for the consumer and chances are it’ll result in them leaving instead of going back and doing the process over again. That’s something you want to avoid.
Click and Go
If there are any links, phone numbers of e-mail addresses on your website, make sure they are clickable. If a consumer can’t click on a phone number and immediately call, chances are there will be a drop-off rate. If you can avoid that, why not do so by making this simple fix? It’s much easier if it’s clickable as opposed to them copy-pasting a number and dialing on their own.
