Position

Bookkeeper

• Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; verifying data
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Payable.
• Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
• Provides accounting support by reviewing financial information; converting data to a general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field, is preferred.
• At least three years of related experience are required.
• Experience with Quickbooks online is a must
• Fast Learner
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
• Banking experience is a plus

Salary range: $23-$25 hourly
