What is an Affiliate Network?

In the case of Zero Parallel, it's a global network of affiliates who generate leads to share on our site, and where advertisers will filter and choose to sell their products and services. Affiliates are paid "per lead" and advertisers benefit by obtaining highly qualified leads, thus reducing their overall advertising expenses.

Are there any charges to become
an Affiliate?

No, we do not charge you to become a Zero Parallel affiliate.

What is PPL (Pay per Lead)?

PPL is the phrase used to determine how you will be paid by the affiliate network. Once an advertiser purchases a lead from the affiliate network, the affiliate is “paid” for the lead on a pay per lead basis.

What do you consider to be a valid lead?

A lead that has been generated on a valid, legal website that is fully compliant and contains absolutely no incentives.

How is the Zero Parallel affiliate program managed?

We have a team of highly experienced affiliate mangers that supervise our program. Once you have registered for an account, we will assign you an account manager. Your account manager will assist you in all matters related to your account in order to ensure peak performance.

What is a private feed/website?

Private feeds are pre-built templates that we allow our affiliates to use with their own private domains. This is especially helpful for affiliates with little to no web programming knowledge.

How long is the approval process for a new account?

Our account setup process will guide you through the registration. Once all the steps are completed, you will be provided contact information and asked to contact your account manager. Your account manager will review the advertising methods used in generating your leads and provide you details on the next steps.

I can’t find and/or remember my password. how can I retrieve it?

Once you enter an incorrect password, you will notice a “forgot password” option located at the bottom of the login. Click on “forgot password” and enter your email address. Once you have completed these steps, an email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password.

I can't access my account. What should I do?

Complete the contact form on the home page to e-mail our administrator or contact your account manager.

How do I make a change to my account settings?

Simply log into your account and click on the drop-down arrow next to your username and select “My Account.” Once you have made all your changes, click "Save".

Will I be able to track my conversions and commissions in real time?

Yes, our proprietary lead tracking system will track commissions and conversion rates in real time.

I don’t have a website of my own. Do you have one I can use?

Absolutely. Our content management system (CMS) builder allows you to install our pre-built website templates free of charge.

Do you have a form that I can use for my website?

Yes, we offer multiple optimized forms for you to choose from and customize.

Are you able to track sub-accounts?

Yes, we offer sub-account tracking. You may either use the ones created by our system, or you may create your own. Our system allows you to create as many sub-accounts as you wish to help track banners, keywords, and other marketing promotions. Speak to your account manager for further assistance.

May I add an incentive to get a consumer to fill out an application?

No. Zero Parallel does not accept incentivized offers.

Do you accept email traffic?

Speak to your account manager for information on email traffic.

How much volume do I have generate before my first payout?

Our minimum payable amount is $100 or $1,000, depending on the payment method chosen. Once your affiliate account has reached the corresponding limit, we will distribute the payment.

When are Affiliates paid?

Affiliates are paid every two weeks; however, we can make certain exceptions for possible weekly payouts.

Do you charge a fee to affiliates for certain payment options, such as Wire and ACH?

No. We do NOT charge affiliates for any of the payment methods chosen. Although the fees can be costly to us, we want to provide our affiliates their full payments, regardless of transaction method.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer multiple payment options: wire transfer, check, ACH, PayPal, WebMoney, Visa QIWI Wallet, e-Payments, Yandex.Money, and Payoneer.

Do you only pay in US dollars?

Yes. We only pay in US dollars.

I operate several sites. Can I have my commissions sent in one check?

Absolutely. Your Affiliate Manager will help you arrange this.

I have an affiliate I would like to refer, do you have a referral program?

Yes, we offer a 3% lifetime referral bonus for all qualified referrals.

I have specific requests that are different from your terms, will you be able to work with me?

With the exception of compliance related matters, we will work with you to design a possible solution that better serves your needs.
